How does shipping work?

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all items.  After your order has been processed, you will be emailed a USPS tracking number for your order. In most instances, you will receive your USPS tracking code 2 to 3 days before USPS starts updating the tracking information on your order. Please be patient as USPS will update the tracking for your order.

All Oxbow Leather items are handcrafted in our home state of Texas. While most items are in stock and ready to ship, our Hand Saddle Stitch Collections can take 1-2 weeks to have made ready. Our order processing can 1-2 days and shipped USPS.  You will receive a tracking number for your purchased after it has been shipped.  Please allow USPS up to a week for delivery.

Yes, after your order is processed…you will receive a tracking code number to track your purchase all the way to your front door. In most instances, you will receive your USPS tracking code 2 to 3 days before USPS starts updating the tracking information on your order. Please be patient as USPS will update the tracking for your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason on NON Personalized products, you can send it back to us within 30 days from the date of receiving your shipped product. We will be happy to accept returned merchandise that is not used or damaged and is in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Please contact our customer service department for a “Return Authorization” number within 30 days of receiving your purchased item.

We will be unable to receive return merchandise and provide a refund without customer first obtaining a return authorization number.

If you received defective or damaged merchandise, contact our customer service department within 10 days of receiving your product and we will be happy to assist with your return.

Privacy & Secure Purchases

Oxbow Leather uses 1024 bit SSL encryption for all online credit card purchases.

What does that mean?  This level of security is the same level used by all banks in the United States to protect your information.

While we use this level of security to process your order, please note that Oxbow Leather DOES NOT store any sensitive credit card payment information.  The customer will need to provide credit card payment information for each purchase made.

Please rest assure that Oxbow Leather will not sell your information to any other service providers.
